Netiquette IQ Blog Of The Day - Don't Send The Same Email A Second Or Third Time!

The section below is from my book, which is described later in this blog. Job seekers, marketers, students  and other categories of email senders often have the need or necessity to send multiple emails when a response is not received. If the same email is sent a second or third time and it is exactly the same, the odds of a response will diminish.

There was a reason or reasons why an email was either ignored, not opened or did not capture attention. By slightly changing some attributes, you will have a higher likelihood of having an email opened, read and receive a response.

Below are some suggestions which should assist you in your communication goals!

Don’t send the same email the second and third times

An initial email is best served to be conservative without any Netiquette errors. If this approach does not achieve results, then a second or third message with some moderate adjustments are certainly in order.
