Netiquette IQ Quotation Of The Day - Nelson Mandella For Education, A Social Equalizer

Yesterday's blog discussed Netiquette, email and communications as true demographic equalizers. I mention in my book (see below) that the smartest or richest person can send the worst email while even poorest or least educated person can send the most effective communication. The importance of education is that it can positively influence achieving one's goals. I cannot say for certain, but Mr. Mandella would be certain to embrace Netiquette as an educational requisite!
