Netiquette Core Basics - From Netiquette IQ

1.             Never criticize others.
2.             Honor the commitments you make in writing.
3.             Be consistent in tone, content and process.
4.             Always maintain civility and politeness.
5.             Apologize for and forgive harmless mistakes quickly without prejudice.
6.             Always follow the belief that Netiquette is more than manners—it also rests on a foundation of veracity, character and ethics.
7.             Do not take immediate exception to full factual knowledge.
8.             Do not assume situations
9.             Never use bad language.
10.          Be consistent with all positive practices of Netiquette.
