Placement is everything
Many
emails provide information either within text, by providing a reference,
attached or as a URL. Amazingly, many will place the main part of a message
below the sender’s signature. Although there may be logic behind it, this
formatting may result in the critical theme may be missed altogether. It is
important to place this data where it can be seen on the initial display. It is
also useful to offset the segment by indentation or to highlight it as colored
text, italics, or some other standard method of distinguishing it.
