1.           Never use company email for personal use

2.           Do not discuss any items which might be construed as sensitive business     information

3.           Address all emails with Mr./Mrs. or official title

4.           Avoid personal information especially unilaterally

5.           Learn all company policies beforehand

6.           Use company approved email signatures without embellishments

7.           Keep tone consistent and positive

8.           Be proactive

9.           Stay current with all company trends

10.        Avoid adding anything which is of no real value
