Checklist for an email – a set of standards for your NIQ process

Enter
recipients (sometimes you may wish to do this last).

“reply all” names not necessary?

Subject

Is
the description still relevant?

Check
for capitalization, punctuation.

for spam triggers

there between three to nine words?

Attachments

Insert
attachments. Some senders do this before
entering the recipient.

the title (if used) appropriate?
